(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-Mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane)也称3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)-1-丙硫醇(Trimethoxysilylpropanethiol)为表面处理剂，可在玻璃等固体表面引入巯基，为蛋白、抗体或核酸等生物分子的共价吸附提供交联活性基团，是生物芯片，生物传感器，生物纳米微粒研究中的常用试剂。常用作聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚酯、三聚氰胺树脂及聚醚橡胶等聚合物复合材料的偶联剂。

(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-Mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane)为无色透明液体，进口(Sigma 175617)分装，纯度≥95.0%，分子式 HS(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3，分子量 196.34，Mp 213-215℃，折射率 1.441-1.443，密度 1.057，CAS号4420-74-0，EINECS号 224-588-5。
