BxPC-3细胞系源自一位61岁女性胰腺癌患者。细胞生长稳定,繁殖旺盛，分裂指数较高。粘液素(Mucin)，胰腺癌特异性抗原(Pancreas Cancer Specific Antigen，Pancreas Cancer Associated Antigen)，癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonic Antigen，CEA)表达阳性，不表达囊肿性纤维化跨膜电导调节子(Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator，CFTR)

BxPC-3细胞系(BxPC-3 Cell Line)为人原位胰腺癌腺癌细胞，上皮样贴壁生长，培养条件为含10% FBS的RPMI-1640完全培养液。细胞消化液为胰酶EDTA消化液。

无菌包装。完全培养液或液氮冻存。
