L929为小鼠成纤维细胞，是最早建立的连续培养物之一。L929源自100天的C3H/An雄性小鼠乳晕和脂肪等皮下结缔组织(Subcutaneous Connective Tissue)。该细胞系生长稳定，繁殖旺盛，细胞株的生物学特征符合成纤维细胞的生物学特征,细胞群体倍增时间约26小时。常用于药品、医疗器械、医疗用品等的细胞毒和细胞增殖实验。

L929细胞系(L929 Cell Line)为小鼠成纤维细胞，纤维母细胞样贴壁生长，培养条件为含10%FBS 的MEM完全培养液或10%FBS 的RPMI-1640完全培养液。细胞分散为胰酶EDTA细胞消化液。

无菌包装。完全培养液或液氮冻存。
