MKN-28为人胃癌(Stomach Cancer)细胞系，来自一名70岁女性管状上皮腺癌的胃癌患者，高转移细胞，能分泌黏液素。该细胞系生长稳定，繁殖旺盛，细胞传代培养扩增比例为1:2-3

MKN-28细胞系(MKN-28 Cell Line)为人胃癌细胞，上皮样贴壁生长细胞，培养条件为含10%FBS的RPMI-1640完全培养液。细胞分散为胰酶细胞消化液。

保存

无菌包装。完全培养液或液氮冻存。
